KT Tawan started civil and building design.
 KT Tawan has reinforced manpower for civil and building design. These quality services managed by Japanese engineers are aimed to provide the engineering services to customers. The major fields are shown on the illistration below.

KT Tawan was established in the year of 1996, as a consultant specialized in equipment and piping design for chemical plants in Thailand. As the service needs of the customers from Japan and other countries in Thailand have diverted not limited only to the design work, but also puchasing of equipment, management of fabrication and construction, we have expanded our scope of services. To meet the changing costomer’s needs, we have started to cover engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services in the field of equipment and piping. After that we have expanded the fields of business,  and now we covers various plant projects such as electrical, instrument, civil and building work as a total plant engineering company.
KT Tawan’s company policy is to satisfy our costomers with a high lquality design work, purchasing, fabrication and construction supervision with careful services that are based on our experiences in engineering services in Thailand.
Most costomers require design, fabrication and construction that are provided by a low cost Thai companies. However, they likely feel risks on the quality and shedule control as well as the many changes and additional charges. Those might be the reasons why you need us.  KT Tawan can solve such headaches.

(1) Design Services: Advantage of KT Tawan is to provide design services. The design services are provided by Tonan Engineering Co., Ltd. which has been operated as a partner of KT  Tawan for a lengthy period.  As both companies have offices in a same area, information between both companies are integrated and smoothly transferred.  As the results, prompt actions can be taken and any revision works are surely followed up.  Design manpower is always maintained for the projects, and reserve a lot of senior engineers.  They are a well-known company with a top level of skill and experience, especially in the field of plant engineering in Thailand.

(2) Fabrication: Fabrication requires 3 key aspects, namely low cost, high quality and schedule adhere.  KT Tawan has a list of various venders in several kinds of scale and capability.
         KT Tawan can select the most suitable vendor in the view points of cost effectiveness and/or their capability in accordance with the costomer’s requirements and nature of the project.  We will take responsibility for our selected vendors in quality and shedule control as the purchaser.
(3) Construction Supervision: Supervision of construction is the final stage of each project and it is the very important key to succeed. KT Tawan assigns an expert as a superviser to control the project shedule, quality and safety.
(4) Project Control: KT Tawan assigns a project manager for each project, which coordinates between the customer, Vendor and Sub Contactor and us in the projects. Also his roles in the project are shedule control, quality control, documentation and contracting of entire projects. In the inspection, we reinforce manpower from the outside resources considering the work volume and technical degree of the inspection. Reporting to the costomer with documentary progress report is also one of the important tasks of the project manager.
(5) Scope of Services: Design and fablication works are not limited only to the domestic market in Thailand, but it is also gandling overseas projects. For such purpose, we have obtained and export license certificate.

KT TAWAN always considers the needs of the customer and executes the projects in the view points of the custoner’s benefit. Either of lump-sum contract totalizing engineering, procurement and construction, and reimbursable contract in manpower basis can be offered depending on the requirements of the customers.
